1 All Prices, Policies, and Terms are subject to change without notice.
2 There is no minimum order size.  All orders will be processed at our warehouse within 2-4 business days of placing the order.
3 Terms: VISA & MASTERCARD, and Gift Cards / Certificates only.   Payment due in full at time of order.
4 Out of Stock Items: We try very hard to maintain an accurate inventory level for every item on the site.  However, there are times when this site will allow you to order items that are currently out of stock.  If this happens, a customer service representative will contact you via e-mail as quickly as possible to inform you of out of stock items.  If we do not here back from you within 24 hours, at our discretion we may process the order without the out-of-stock items. 
5 We do not backorder out-of-stock items.
6 Shipping: Our preferred method of shipment is United Parcel Service (UPS).  Only gift cards are sent via U.S,Mail (USPS).  All other merchandise will be sent UPS Ground.  We only ship to the "lower 48" contiguous United States.  Sorry, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
7 Shipping Charges will be determined by the total dollar amount of your order.  The minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.95.  
8 Damages: If there is damage due to shipping, you must keep the original carton and packing for inspection by UPS. A call tag will be issued and UPS will pick up the damaged item.  The exact same item will be sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged item.  If you would rather get credit for a damaged item instead of replacement, it will be your responsibility to return the damaged item to us. 
9 Only one claim per invoice may be made, please go through your entire order before calling in any damage claims.
10 Although we stand by the quality and prices of our items, we understand there may be times when the product you receive may not be what you expected.  If a return is necessary, you must contact customer service for a return authorization number.  No merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization number written on the return package.  All requests for returns authorization numbers must be made within 3 days after receiving your order.  You will be responsible to return the item at your own expense.  Once we receive the returned item(s) we will refund your credit card for the price of the item.  We do not refund shipping charges,
